Fall 2010

If you have seen the old blog posts, I use this for every semester and no one has been on here since last spring. Feel free to reply to this message and comment on each other's posts.

Blogs are great if you keep up with them, but more often than not they tend to go dead after a month or two if there isn't something to keep people posting on them. This is why they are great for schools, organizations and other interest groups.

It really helps if I remember to put up a new post for this semester, so you can all comment on it. Sorry about that. Post your ideas and comments about blogs and using them for educational purposes. What did you like and dislike about the blog format?

Taking a look around and seeing how blogs work, what are some of your ideas about them and how they could be used in the classroom.

• Is this a good tool and would it be useful to you?
• Could you find ways to apply this resource to work with other teachers?
• Would students have any trouble figuring out the technology or how to use it for various projects in and outside of the classroom?
• Is it more work than it is worth?
